David Rugh’s current practice centers on resolving environmental, land use and zoning issues in residential and commercial settings. He assists clients in successfully developing and remodeling their properties and supports them in obtaining a variety of related environmental permits. David’s practice also includes significant commercial, real estate and environmental litigation matters. David grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and attended Gilman School. He now lives in Burlington and enjoys snowboarding, hiking, live music and traveling.
