Scott Fewell is a partner with the Firm.  His practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts in multiple jurisdictions.  Scott has prior litigation and appellate experience in such substantive areas as insurance coverage, products liability, complex litigation, toxic tort, environmental law, contracts, and employment law.   

Scott graduated from Vermont Law School in 1996.  In 1994, he was appointed to the Vermont Law Review and later elected to the Editorial Board.  In 1995, he was selected as a Dean’s Fellow and served as a writing instructor to first-year law students.  In 2002, he took a sabbatical from private practice and clerked for Judge Terrence F. McVerry of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.  

In 2004, Scott relocated with his family to Vermont.  He resides in Essex Junction with his wife, Vicki, and their three children, Olivia, Georgia, and Eva.
