Shane practices in the Business & Corporate and Banking & Finance practice groups of Burak Anderson & Melloni, PLC.  Shane is admitted to practice in Vermont, Massachusetts, and New York.  He previously practiced as an associate attorney with the New York office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where he gained significant experience in a wide variety of corporate law matters, with a particular focus on federal securities laws.   

Shane’s primary areas of practice currently include securities law, business law, commercial lending, contract law and public finance.  Shane grew up in Charlotte and Jericho, Vermont and now lives in Hinesburg.
